hose connections

Post by franz »

The hose is there to equalize the vacuum on top of the mixer covers. This is relatively common on multiple carb setups.

The other hoses are there to reference the vaporizer vent pressure to the inlet air pressure in the air scoop. This helps to prevent leaning at high speeds.

This weekend, I raced my car, including me and luggage, racing weight was a little over 5700lbs

I raced against this Duster a few times, was extremely close on each run:

Hi Imperial73,
if you like to race, come to Bitburg airfield in Germany http://www.1on1-motorsports.de
I will be there with my 396 el Camino with IMPCO "E" and OHG x-450.
See you,
Hal

Hal, sounds like a good idea, but I first have to sort out whats going on with my transmission, its giving more and more problems... but I could always come as a visitor of course.
