I have a 1982 Toyota 3TC with Wiseco forged 88mm pistons 7.5CR a Schneider mild cam with a Model E converter and 200M-2-2 carburetor, MSD 6AL with blaster coil and CB Performance Black Box timing computer. I cannot get the car to idle below 1250 RPM. The car is currently running normally aspirated waiting on the intercooler and piping to connect to the T3 48/63 Ebay turbo. Is the 200M too large for my 1.9 liter to idle at 600-700 RPM? The idle screw is backed all the way out and the idle mixture screw lower the idle to about 1000 RPM when screwer all the way in "Rich".

The mixer size is fine. There is usually only one reason an engine idles fast. You have a vacuum leak somewhere downstream of the mixer. Barring that on rare occasions a sticking or loose throttle plate. I would say 90% chance of a vacuum leak. Start looking for a sucked in intake gasket, throttle plate gasket, leaking egr gasket or a port that plug or hose has come off of.

C3H8 is spot on, spray a liberal amount of soapy water or brake cleaner at all gasket locations and listen to the engine. When it changes you have found a leak.
