Hello, im having trouble trying to register to this forum, when i click on register and agree to the terms i get a weird error message, any ideas?

heres the error i get after accepting the agreement:

Another user brought this problem to my attention a little while ago and I am currently trying to resolve this problem. Please bear with me as I am not a computer guy and these problems sometimes take me more time to fix than I would like.
