Getting error message after posting

I've been, and I think C3H8 has been to, an error message after posting. The posts gets through ok but you may want to see what's going on with your server config. See attached screenshot

I was getting a mail error that was different than the one you reported. I made a change to the mail setting but I'm not sure if it's related.

Let me know if you're still getting the same error.
