Franz, I did the volt meter pos. orange,neg LT blue 0.0 volts. I did put the pos. on the lite blue wire and other lead to the neg. bat. reading from 8.5 to 13.5 rich according to the installation backed out the idle mixture screw to lean it out no change. I have had this system on my 2001 dodge dakota 3.9auto almost 10 years. I have bog or flat spot off idle. I throws codes enough for me to purchase a scanner to clear them usually lean/rich.
