Re: Electric warming of vaporizer/convertor?

I know on the old tractors they had a vapor valve for warm up.
A friends harvester will ice if he drives it before he shows some water temp. He doesn't have the vapor valve for warm up.

Re: Atomising Liquid Propane

Nitrous foggers would be the rout I would take.
I know roush and cleanfuel use a gasoline fuelpump.
but in the propane tank then run around 45 psi over tank pressure to keep lpg from vaporizing in lines.

Re: Vapor injection on older motor

kuchen you could post your correction tables. would give OP a jump on his tune. My tables are garbage i went to beta code then was re tuning them. I use my wide band during warm up. 30 sec after start but coldest we get is around 10F and I can switch to gasoline with a flip of the switch. that's sav...

Re: Building a fresh 360ci engine for mileage & power

cold starts no problem here as long as I don't try and really use power tell there is some water temp.
I had thought of doing a vapor line for really cold mornings. definitely some water vapor in propane around here.

Re: Vapor injection on older motor

The holley tbi are stock on some chevys. with 2" bores there are different size injectors.
I ran one for awhile on my ranchero. I really liked it.

Re: Vapor injection on older motor

there are 4 barrel tbi out there but not as cheap
I don't think the injectors are big enough in the 2 barrel to go over 350hp

Re: programmable ignition

I would look hard at a mega squirt 1 with a 3.0 board or 3.57 I prefer the 3.0 board. then you can always upgrade processor to ms3 $365 assembled https://www.diyautotune.com/product/megasquirt-i-programmable-efi-system-pcb3-0-assembled-unit/ $215 unassembled took me a day to assemble. https://www.di...

Re: Vapor injection on older motor

your list is right. I just really like tps input, crank sensor , and wide band.
like right now since my lpg pressure and temp are off wide band o2 is covering for that.

what do you have for throttle and spark?

Re: Vapor injection on older motor

you don't need the lpg temp and pressure to run. i have them turned off right now. beta code changed the tune. when the new release comes out ill turn them back on. I would do tps for flood clear, and accel enrichment wide band o2, good crank trigger If it was me i would use a tbi and go dual fuel. ...

Re: Prins conversion on a 2015 6.0 liter silverado

That's a good point storm. Where I live there are lots of diesels because the better mpg but they actually cost more. They cost more to buy and maintain the fuel is also more expensive. A popular car is the vw jetta diesel. If I was to buy one new vs the gas version. I would have to drive it over 10...
