Ok, points taken. One thing I forgot to mention is that my fuel pump is mechanical so there's no wiring to worry about. As for my fuel selector switch, I didn't check it but it used to work perfectly before I did all this work to the gasoline system. I know things can just go but I have no reason to...

Update: I decided to concentrate on the gasoline side of things yesterday (which I will get into shortly) but I did remove one of the 10mm drain bolts from the bottom of the converter and... no sludge.
