Some engineering help Please

Post by Delifisek »

Dear firends.

I'm tyring to improve our stationary wideband analyzer. Current usage needs to put o2 probe into exhaust.

And this usage lead probe damage and some type of the exhaust does not accept probe (vw buggy and almost all scooters).

So we plan to improve device put probe in stationary position and apply a device to suck exhaust gas into the probe location.

However all our attempts are failed. We try computer fans, refrigerator engines and many kind of pumps, fans. And was not working. We could not generate enough sucktion for afr reading.

We try to suck exhaust from similar diameter hose.

Please give us ideas. How can we archieve this ?

Our humblest regards

Why not just add extension to the VW / scooter exausts?
Something that slips inside... preverbly over thu
