Vapor hose

Post by kaiser715 »

What are you guys using for vapor hose? I have 1"NPTx1"barb for the mixer and vaporizer, and right now, to get it started and running in the shop (not on the road) I am just using 1" heater hose.

Will that hold up, or is there a specific hose for the application?

I've seen some people have the vaporizer right on the carb to get better performance . I have my vaporizer bolted down to my left valve cover and a 5 inch hose running to my mixer/carb.

diesel rated doesnt mean it will withstand butane.
double check the ratings to see if it is butane resistant
weatherhead and aeroquip are Eaton companies and the specs are all available online
