hi guys,
I have to use a IMPCO adapter to relocate my 300mixer, because its to high on top of my carb, because of all kinds of reasons.
I am looking for info on how other have mounted these adapters/arm to relocatie their 300mixer.
it is only temporary, untill I get my TBI and vapour injection setup....but temporary, can be mounths, years as we all know hahaha
so looking for photos of others. Did you use the mounting holes that are on these adapters for extra support?

Re: mounting a IMPCO relocation arm
A must.. a scrape bit 4mmx 15mm bar, bent and couple holes drilled each end.. one end mounts on a convenient point on the mixer extension.. mounting point or section joining nut/ bolt, down to a convenient exhaust, or power steering pump or water pump bolt.Did you use the mounting holes that are on these adapters for extra support?

Re: mounting a IMPCO relocation arm
They were called unadapt. IMPCO and Gann used to make special adaptors that were quite clunky and heavy allowing the offsetting of 300 mixers. They came up with this system where the material was lighter and allowed various combinations to offset the 100, 200, 300, and 425 mixers. All of them require a support bracket though. Without a support bracket the seal at the carb will begin to leak resulting in mixture problems.
