offtopic: looking for vacuum switch

guys,
I am looking for this switch:

I want to use it to turn off the lockup at low vacuum. This is so we dont have to turn on and off the lockup all the time when driving through the France highways.
If I order it from the USA then the $38,- has become more then double in Euros before it reaches me here in the Netherlands.
you guys got any ideas or alternatives that solve the same?
