292 chevy blow-thru build pics

I have some pics of my 292 build so far if anyone wants to look. I haven't really done a lot of the propane fab yet, but that is coming soon. Here is a link to the photobucket. The descriptions on the pics tell most of the details.

Quick overview: 292 GMC L6 .030 over. Stock crank, ATI balancer, crower 4340 h-beam rods, venolia 2618 turbo pistons 9.9:1 compression, total seal rings. Comp hydraulic cam - 230/230 @ .050, .606 lift, 112 LSA. Rhoads V-max lifters, Smith Brothers pushrods, 1.8 Harland Sharp rockers for big block chevy (massaged), Ravenswood stud girdle. Ravenswood auto lump-ported cylinder head - flows about 240 @ .600. Clifford intake manifold and headers. 2 1/4" headpipes y to 2.5" mandrel exhaust. Rear mount 62-1 turbo, .68 turbine A/R. Impco 425 in blow-through with Model E and electric lockoff. NOS super power shot - starting at 100 shot and going up from there as necessary. McLeod adjustable single disc clutch, richmond 6 speed trans, Ford 8.8" rear w/ 3.73 gears, cal-tracs, 26x9 slicks. 56 Chevy 4 door, shooting for 3600lbs with driver and high 11's.

Like a friend of mine says, "Nice Enough"!

I built a 1963 Chevy Nova 230 cid back in 1970 using all home made parts, mostly intake and exhaust. That darn thing ran pretty well. I wish I had the resources to have gone through it like you did yours, that assembly of parts looks first rate!

Nice work, Just thinking of where you are from cause from the 3rd picture you can't be in Australia. Not enough clearance for our regulations.
