If the vaporizer is pressure referenced (assuming this is a blow through system) to turbo outlet pressure, you should have no problem. All the mixer sees is relative pressure differential. There are several posters on this forum who have turbo'd their engine.
As for your question about using a Technocarb EFS600, it tries to keep the engine at stoichiometry by changing the pressure tension on the vaporizer and the volume through the vapor hose. It will basically work, but you might have some fun setting the mixture at boost.
Typically, closed loop systems have not have a great deal of success with boosted pressure. Closed loop systems used in the US tend to favor the pulse type pressure control on the vaporizer diaphragm, while closed loop systems used in the rest of the world tend to favor the variable valve in the vapor hose. The Technocarb uses this method plus variable pressure on the vaporizer via a digital stepper motor.
