1995 Ford F250, TBI, 5.8 litre V8 on straight propane, idle issues

Hi all,
I'm new here, but not new to propane.
I've had a 95 F250 (on straight propane) for going on 8 years,and have never had any issues with the propane system ( that was until I parked it for a while).The truck has a TBI 5.8 8cyl, Votox air cleaner, and I've been told Vialle equipment.The propane equipment was installed when the truck was a year old.
Since being parked it will either idle at 2500 rpm, or not start.
While running, it had good power, always started and the only thing I ever had to worry about was finding filling stations that sold propane, (there have been a few misadventures there).
I'm here looking for help (PLEASE) sorting out the problem. It's more complicated with the truck being in Toronto and me being in Alberta.
