Site Down on 2018-01-11 to 15

Post by Frank »

There was an upgrade for my web account to a new version of php. I have a couple of other phpbb forums with the same web host running the exact same version of phpbb which were not affected. Since those aren't nearly as busy, I practice on on them first before upgrading this forum. Downgrading the php version today fixed the problem.

I was busy last week and only when Steps emailed me on Sunday did I become aware of the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Well, relatively busy. Although we don't have a very many posts on a daily basis, the December 2017 web stats show an average of 260 visits per day and a total of 3654 unique visitors.

There is a wealth of information on here so it is no surprise that there are alot of visitors, who lurk and gather information from posts scattered throughout the forum, that don't join or post.
