one trick i used to fix my 225 setup was to use a switch ( in my case ecu controlled ) to trigger a HP shut off solenoid, mounted on the LP side , and short cut some mixture ( via a mig jet pill ) to the throttle body initially i used vacuum/ boost as the switch but found tps position to be an easie...

there would be an issue with fidelity if using one injector tor for both liquid and vapour even with pressure and temperature compensation /fuel density map the injector needs very finite control and tiny injection period with liquid, but outrageously long duration required with vapour as mentioned ...

the reg is very different and much smaller than the mixer reg.. the latest are all milled metal and look remarkably like a large petrol aftermarket fuel reg. but with in/ out coolant hoses ( and a wiring pigtail ) and two outlets for v bank/staged bank etc it does not need to reduce the pressure as ...

the impco VPV also uses the same secondary chamber and pill method for controlling the fuel.
it works just fine and it will err to be slightly richer as boost gets higher
because the differential between the delivery pressure and that post mixer rises with increasing boost

my thought on the SV. .. or VPV a VPV or similar , as pointed out by gerald can operate also as an SV .. the VPV from impco is not boost rated .. your parts will be cold and more brittle and i wouldn't like to trust one under boost as for myself i use a HP shut off solenoid and a relay / mounted ont...

it is a system added to older cars to supplement the lack of valve lubricant in LPG fuel . just a bottle and a metering dripper and not unlike some water injections systems putting it pre turbo gets rid of issues with the bottle needing to take boost pressures and makes the metering easier to setup ...

under boost you will be surprised ..as the motor will like significantly leaner mixtures than its petrol equiv and as such the BTU thing becomes irrelevant in the context where at 1 bar boost with petrol it must run at around 11:1 mixtures to keep flame speed within a margin and to maximise boundary...
