Yes, it's the small motorcycle. Thank you for the good replies.

What would it take to convert a Honda CT90 to propane?
Is there a mixer small enough for a 90 cc engine? They're air-cooled, so what about a regulator (Is that what they're called?)? Ignition timing?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Propane pollution
... Now that I've been thinking about it, it's more the fill hose on the propane distributor's side of the equation. The hose is pressurized and they bleed it off to atmosphere when done filling up (so they can disconnect), which is going by when the "spit valve" ejects liquid. My car has always be...

Re: Propane pollution
... So unless your filling station has some sort of 3rd world archaic filling method, (and if actually concerned would find a station that is more appropriate to your concerns) There is no stir or even issue. Are you being hostile? There aren't propane fuel stations in the U.S. that I am aware of.

I didn't think this would cause such a stir. Now that I've been thinking about it, it's more the fill hose on the propane distributor's side of the equation. The hose is pressurized and they bleed it off to atmosphere when done filling up (so they can disconnect), which is going by when the "spit va...

Re: Propane pollution
Here's an old article:

Every time I fueled my car they vented propane as a way to tell that the tank was full. It's been a few years.

Propane pollution
Howdy, I've had this thought with me for a long time and would like some feedback. I heard years ago that Mexico City drastically improved it's air quality by shoring up all the leaky propane tanks. Then compare that to venting while filling a car tank, especially when it's full and vents mostly pro...

BLOS carb?
I saw this on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BLOS-Propane-carburetor-LPG-mixer-over-200HP-NEW_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ72Q3a1205Q7c66Q3a2Q7c65Q3a12Q7c39Q3a1Q7c240Q3a1318Q7c301Q3a1Q7c293Q3a1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem160323907598QQitemZ160323907598QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTru...

vintage propane carbs
I'd like info on, and am interested in buying a couple of vintage propane carbs. Early-60's and older is what I'm looking for. What brands should I be looking for? I'm not ruling Impco out, but maybe something more oddball. Where might I buy them? They would be for a performance application on a For...

Okay, I unbolted the tank and got a reading on the dial. I rotated the tank so the float mechanism would move (due to gravity) to a position further from empty since I might not have enough propane in there. It looks like the float mechanism isn't stuck. Since it's unbolted I'll take it to the local...

Have you checked that the sender works properly electrically? That seems to be part of the miscommunication. I'm not concerned with the sender electricals or the car's gauge at the moment. I believe the 'float mechanism' is stuck or broken. I am not getting a dial reading on the 'tank gauge', excep...

Alright, Greg is reinforcing my concerns about potential problems with removing the float mechanism. The funny thing is that my parts tank float mechanism was easy to remove, and it's from the late 60's or early 70's! The other funny thing is I removed that tank from my car after I reread an older t...
